<div><span style="font-size: 12pt">&nbsp;On all other Par 3&rsquo;s players are asked to Call-up unless the following tee is clear. If the following tee is clear players are asked to complete the hole and move to the next tee.&nbsp;&nbsp;It is recommended that a group call the following group up only once all players are on the putting surface &ndash; the group calling-up (and any caddies, etc) should move beyond the back of the green or behind screens if provided) until all of the following players have played their tee shots.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: 12pt">If problems with Slow Play continue the Golf Management Committee will have little option other than to establish a strict pace of play guideline. In the first instance however we ask that all individual players take responsibility and self regulate their pace of play to ensure their group does not contribute to the slow play issue.</span></div>

<div style="background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 51pt; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 17.25pt; text-align: justify"><span>1.<span style="font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>Play when ready and if it is safe to do so, regardless of the&quot;honour&quot;.</div>
<div style="background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 51pt; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 17.25pt; text-align: justify"><span>2.<span style="font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>On the green, after putting, move to the&quot;exit&quot;side of green to reduce time leaving the green, if one minute is saved by this process this means 18 minutes saved per round.</div>
<div style="background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 51pt; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 17.25pt; text-align: justify"><span>3.<span style="font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>Short hitters should always hit off first.</div>
<div style="background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 51pt; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 17.25pt; text-align: justify"><span>4.<span style="font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>Allow those people with physical limitations, to putt out first, irrespective of whose honour it is, so they can move off the green first and be ready to hit off the next tee.</div>
<div style="background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 51pt; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 17.25pt; text-align: justify"><span>5.<span style="font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>Do not mark cards on green, players should only mark their card after they have hit off from the next tee or mark while waiting for their turn to tee off.</div>
<div style="background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 51pt; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 17.25pt; text-align: justify"><span>6.<span style="font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>Unless interfering with another member&#8217;s line, players should line up putt and be ready to go, before their turn, and not wait until their turn before assessing line and speed.</div>
<div style="background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 51pt; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 17.25pt; text-align: justify"><span>7.<span style="font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>If near the green, always allow the person, if in a bunker to go first, so they can repair the bunker whilst others are playing their shots.</div>
<div style="background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 51pt; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 17.25pt; text-align: justify"><span>8.<span style="font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>Ensure your group is immediately behind the group in front, and not just in front of the group behind.</div>
<div style="background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 51pt; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 17.25pt; text-align: justify"><span>9.<span style="font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>If all members apply these simple rules, this consideration would enhance the enjoyment of a round of golf for all members on the day.</div>
